When are owner distributions processed?
Owner distributions are typically processed on the 18th of each month. Funds are generally received within 1–2 business days, depending on your financial institution.
How are large repairs approved?
Repairs exceeding the owner's authorization threshold (commonly $500) will generate an approval request. Owners receive documentation outlining the scope of work and vendor estimate before authorization is requested.
Can my CPA or financial advisor access the portal?
Yes. Limited-access accounts can be created for accountants or advisors to allow them to view financial statements and tax documents.
